Our Immediate Objectives
- To develop Fifty (150) quality houses at Malejor before the end of 2022.
2. To revamp the concrete products at our various sites such as floor tiles, fast
floors, U-drains and sandcrete which is ongoing.
3. To make good profit margins in linking potential home sellers and home
buyers in the real estate industry.
Outlook For Year 2020 To 2022
The Company Has In Its Vision To:
1. Complete and Sell all the Estate Houses at Malejor, Sarpeiman, Amrahia
Site .
2. To develop commercial & residential
3. To finish a 3 Storey Office Complex / Hospital at Amrahia, Accra.
4. To Build 6 Blocks of Residential Flats at East Legon Hills, Accra.

Civil Engineering from the Stevenel Training Construction and Civil – South

Mrs. Pearl, is the Managing Director of KO-SOLUTIONS and has worked in
this position for five (5) years. She holds Degree in Accounting from the
