Historical Background
KO-Solutions Investments Limited, a Real Estate Development Company was incorporated Five (5) years ago as a Limited liability Company on the 5th August, 2015 under the Companies Code Act 1963 of Ghana for the authorized business of Building & Construction of Roads, Imports & Exports of General Goods and other lines of General Trading Business. KO-Solutions earlier core business was building and selling of properties on behalf of clients, but it has now shifted to Real Estate Development. The Company has grown from strength to strength with a humble beginning of Staff of Three (3) in 2015 to Thirty (50) at present, with Ten (10) Management Staff and Thirty (40) Construction Workers. At present, the Company has become one of the leading and sought after in the industry, Real Estates in Ghana. It is currently developing enviable projects in strategic locations in Accra and elsewhere. Some of these projects are located at East Legon Hills, Amrahia, Kasoa, Malejor, Sarpeiman, Oyarifa, Bortiano and Haatso. The Company has witnessed growth over the period, in human resource, as well as financial assets.
